Tonight we travel to Aberdeen while we find ourselves in sixth place in the league, the club no doubt getting a nosebleed from the dizzy heights we have reached this week. After the weekend’s comfortable victory, all Killie fans will be expecting a Christmas treat at Pittodrie.

There are no happy memories of the last time the blues played the Dons this season, a comfortable 4-0 win for the away side adding to the doom and gloom around Rugby Park at the time.

So what can we do to avoid a repeat of that horrible day?

One crucial element from Saturday’s magnificent win was that the team never stopped hassling and harrying Dundee from the first minute till the last. If we can have a repeat of this tonight then it will limit the danger of their so called ‘flair’ players of Maddison, Hayes and McGinn.

Although hassling and harrying is good, this cannot turn in to giving away needless fouls and picking up needless bookings, as we all know what happened last time.

*cough* Maddison is a big jessy *cough*

But enough dwelling on the past, we must focus on the opportunities that lie ahead tonight. They say that anything can happen in football, and a cold Tuesday night in Aberdeen would be a great place for ‘anything’ to happen.

So Killie fans, let’s keep the faith and you never know, stranger things have happened than a Killie win at Pittodrie.

PREDICTION: Aberdeen 0-1 Killie
