We broke our home hoodoo last time around, now can we go and make it two home wins on the bounce? Today we welcome Motherwell to Rugby Park as we look to continue our assault on the top half of the table.

The Steelmen are in a bit of a slump, losing each of their last three games. They have been in a poor run of form ever since the triple header against Celtic and those games and the decisions involved in them really seem to have dented their confidence. They currently sit sixth in the table, just four points ahead of us, and so this is a great opportunity to put some real pressure on them with a win today.

Motherwell have also been shocked this week by the news that star striker will be moving on in January, and will probably not play again for the club before then. This leaves the attacking threat up to Ryan Bowman, who is still a very capable player and one we will need to watch out for.

As for us, it will probably be a much changed back line with Gordon Greer and Stuart Findlay looking doubtful. This will probably mean that Scott Boyd and Greg Taylor will come in for a much changed back line. However, if we play with the same attacking intensity that we did in our last home game against Partick., then we should have enough to get the three points.

MATCH PREDICTION: Killie 2-0 Motherwell
